USF President 

Rhea Law became the University of South Florida’s eighth president in March 2022. A proud fifth-generation Floridian who is passionate about the success of the state, President Law is actively involved in corporate, public policy, civic, and charitable work. The first USF graduate to serve as president, she has deep ties within the USF community and throughout the State of Florida.

As one of the founding members of the USF Board of Trustees, President Law spent five years as vice chair and four years as the first (and only) female chair. Her significant lifetime contribution and commitment to USF’s growth and evolution have played a major role in strengthening USF's position in the Tampa Bay region.
